SPECIAL ACCESS FOR GUESTS WITH
DISABILITIES
All of us at Scottrade Center look forward
to making every visit to Scottrade Center a pleasant and enjoyable
one. If you find that you require special assistance during
an event, please consult the nearest Scottrade Center Guest
Service Host. For more information about Scottrade Center
facilities and services for guests with disabilities or other
special needs, please visit the Scottrade Center Guest Service
Center or call the Scottrade Center Accessibility Hotline
at 314-622-5420.
PARKING
Parking for guests with disabilities is available throughout
the surrounding garages and parking lots. The garage situated
immediately west of Scottrade Center features 24 parking spaces
for guests with disabilities located throughout the facility
on all levels next to the elevators. Spaces featuring accessibility
for oversized vans are available on the first level of the
garage. Spaces in the garage are pre-sold on a season ticket
basis for St. Louis Blues games and are available on a first-come,
first serve basis for other events.
A drop-off location for guests with disabilities is located
on 14th Street at the east end of the building. In addition,
all three entrances and exits are accessible for guests with
special needs.

DOORS OPEN
Doors to Scottrade Center open one hour prior to most events.
Guests are encouraged to arrive early for easy access to seats
and services.
SEATING
Scottrade Center has an ample number of reserved seats for
guests with disabilities dispersed throughout the Plaza, Club,
Mezzanine and Penthouse levels. One companion seat is available
for each seat reserved for a guest with a disability. These
are provided in a wide variety of price ranges for all events.
All seats for guests with limited mobility have been selected
to allow convenient entry and exit, as well as for accessibility
to restrooms and concession stands. In addition, Scottrade
Center’s private suites, club seats and private restaurant
are accessible to guests with disabilities.

WHEELCHAIRS
All three Scottrade Center entrances and exits are accessible
to guests using wheelchairs.
ELEVATORS
All passenger elevators at Scottrade Center are accessible
to guests with disabilities. Located immediately adjacent
to the Scottrade Center Box Office, each is equipped with
Braille signage and sound tones.
BOX OFFICE
The Scottrade Center Box Office is located in the Atrium
near the Main Entrance at 14th Street and Clark Avenue. All
windows feature convenient access.
The Box Office will be open 10:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through
Friday. When there is an event on Saturday, the box office will
open from 10:00 am through the first 30 minutes of the performance.
When there is an event on Sunday, the box office will be open
on Saturday from 10:00 -2:00 and Sunday from noon through the
first 30 minutes of the performance. For a public on-sale, the
box office will be open based on the above information. On weekends
with no events, the box office will be closed.
Short-term parking is available in front of the building,
or in the garage attached to Scottrade Center. Enter the garage
from Clark Avenue or 16th Street. Cash, Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover and Diners Club are accepted. Checks
are not accepted. An ATM machine is located at the Box Office
for your convenience.
In addition to the Scottrade Center Box Office, tickets for
guests with disabilities may be purchased through the Scottrade
Center Accessibility Hotline at 314-622-5420.
TICKET SALES
Tickets to Scottrade Center events are sold to persons with
disabilities on a first-come, first-serve basis. When purchasing
tickets, please inform your ticket seller about any needs
that may require accommodations, including companion seating
or use of a service animal.

RESTROOMS AND WATER FACILITIES
All restroom facilities and drinking fountains at Scottrade
Center are accessible to guests with disabilities.
PUBLIC TELEPHONES
For hearing-impaired guests, volume enhanced public telephones
are available at all public telephone locations throughout
the Plaza, Club, Mezzanine and Penthouse concourses.
TDD PHONE
A TDD phone is available for the
use of guests on the Plaza, Club, Mezzanine and Penthouse
levels. An additional phone is available in the Scottrade
Center Guest Service Center, located on the north side of
the Plaza Concourse.
ASSISTIVE LISTENING
DEVICES
Scottrade Center will make assistive
listening devices available for all events on an advance notice
basis. Receivers can be checked out at the Scottrade Center
Guest Services Center, located on the north side of the Plaza
Concourse across from section 118.

INTERPRETIVE SERVICE FOR
THE DEAF
Interpreted performances for the deaf for multi-performance
shows will be provided upon request and publicized in advance
of the selected show(s). To learn about such performances, refer
to the event calendar listing on this website, event-related
advertising and announcements, or call the Scottrade Center
Event Hotline at 314-531-SVVS. For one-night concert events,
please call the Accessibility Hotline at 314-622-5420 within
72 hours of the performance to request an interpreter.
MENUS FOR THE VISION
IMPAIRED
Upon request by vision impaired guests,
Scottrade Center food service hosts will read the Scottrade
Center concession stand, food court and food cart menus aloud.
A similar service is available at The Bud Light Zone.
FIRST AID
Scottrade Center has two first aid stations. One is located
on the north side of the Plaza Concourse immediately behind
the Scottrade Center Guest Service Center adjacent to sections
118 and 119. The other is located in the northeast corner of
the Mezzanine Concourse between sections 324 and 325.
SERVICE ANIMALS
All service animals are permitted at Scottrade Center. Please
notify your ticket seller at the time of purchase so that
an aisle seat may be selected for you if you desire to accommodate
your service animal.
