SMOKING
Guests wishing to smoke may exit and re-enter the building at the
West Entrance and at the 14th Street Entrance. Your hand and ticket
will be stamped prior to exiting; you will not be permitted to re-enter
without your stamped ticket. (Scottrade Center reserves the right to
prohibit exiting and re-entering at certain events.) Smoking is
also permitted on the second level of 14th and Clark, the bar located
immediately adjacent to the atrium of Scottrade Center across from
Section 101.
CAMERAS AND VIDEOS
Camera policies vary by event, are determined solely at the discretion
of the show and are subject to change without notice. As of January
1, 2006, our new camera policy defines professional lens cameras
as a camera with a lens greater than 200 mm. A camera with a lens
greater than 200 mm will never be allowed at Scottrade Center. Cameras
with a detachable lens are prohibited. For most concerts, still,
digital and video cameras are prohibited. For Blues games, most
other sporting events and family shows, still cameras are permitted
but video cameras are prohibited. Unauthorized or prohibited photography
of an event may result in film or videotape being confiscated by
show representatives. In all cases, the resale of photography or
video is strictly prohibited. For details regarding the camera policy

BINOCULARS
Binoculars are permitted for most events at Scottrade Center.
STROLLERS
Strollers are
allowed for all Scottrade Center events. Strollers may be folded and
stored under your ticketed seat during the event or checked into
the Guest Service Center located at Section 118 on the Plaza concourse.
Scottrade Center is not responsible for any strollers left unattended.
Baby carriers are also permitted, however, they may not be placed
in any unpurchased seat. Strollers and baby carriers may not be
stored in aisles, stairways or portal landings.
PROHIBITED
ITEMS
The following items may not be brought into Scottrade Center: cans,
bottles, coolers, plastic beverage containers, food and beverages,
helium balloons, oversized bags or backpacks, pets (other than service
animals), laser pointers/pens, artificial noise makers (including
air horns), sticks (including those on pennants or flags) or weapons
of any sort. All purses and bags are subject to inspection upon
entering the arena.
TICKET SCALPING
Selling of any Scottrade Center event tickets, including Blues tickets,
on Scottrade Center premises is strictly prohibited.
GUEST COURTESY
Persons using
obscene or abusive language or engaging in other conduct offensive
to those around them will be asked by Scottrade Center personnel
to cease this conduct. If you should be disturbed by any guests,
please notify a guest service host. If the offensive conduct persists,
those involved will be ejected.
Persons throwing
or attempting to throw objects onto the event floor will be subject
to immediate ejection from the building and/or criminal prosecution.
(Of course, hats thrown onto the ice to commemorate a Blues hat
trick are permitted, however hats will not be returned.)
Persons observed
breaking the law while on Scottrade Center property are subject
to immediate ejection and/or criminal prosecution. |
