  RULES AND REGULATIONS

SMOKING
Guests wishing to smoke may exit and re-enter the building at the West Entrance and at the 14th Street Entrance. Your hand and ticket will be stamped prior to exiting; you will not be permitted to re-enter without your stamped ticket. (Scottrade Center reserves the right to prohibit exiting and re-entering at certain events.) Smoking is also permitted on the second level of 14th and Clark, the bar located immediately adjacent to the atrium of Scottrade Center across from Section 101.

CAMERAS AND VIDEOS
Camera policies vary by event, are determined solely at the discretion of the show and are subject to change without notice. As of January 1, 2006, our new camera policy defines professional lens cameras as a camera with a lens greater than 200 mm. A camera with a lens greater than 200 mm will never be allowed at Scottrade Center. Cameras with a detachable lens are prohibited. For most concerts, still, digital and video cameras are prohibited. For Blues games, most other sporting events and family shows, still cameras are permitted but video cameras are prohibited. Unauthorized or prohibited photography of an event may result in film or videotape being confiscated by show representatives. In all cases, the resale of photography or video is strictly prohibited. For details regarding the camera policy for a specific event, please call 314-622-5400.

BINOCULARS
Binoculars are permitted for most events at Scottrade Center.
