The finest wines and cocktails, an extensive
buffet or a la carte menu prepared by award winning chefs,
service youâd expect from an exclusive club… hardly
what you would expect at an arena. That is however what it
is like in our Club Restaurant. Our staff is expected to deliver
the finest products with service that is unmatched in the
industry. Please note that these are part-time, event related,
union positions (other than supervisors).

Bartender
(Club)
Our Club Bartenders make every possible effort to make each
Guest feel special. With a smile and friendly attitude they
develop a rapport with Guests making them feel they are deserving
of VIP treatment. They offer beverage suggestions demonstrating
their extensive knowledge and quickly serve the Guest. Bartenders
must accurately maintain a tab and/or process each Guestâs
transactions accurately and quickly. Service should be provided
with a bit of flair and of course end with a thank you and
sincere desire to help the Guest again. Each Bartender is
responsible for alcohol intervention including carding Guests,
monitoring, and recognizing signs of intoxication.
Qualifications:
The right candidate is friendly,
outgoing, energetic, charismatic and fast working. He/She
must have extensive drink knowledge and be able to prepare
cocktails quickly. Candidates must be able to quickly and
accurately make change in their head and operate a register.
Previous bar experience and register experience required.
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age. You must be able
stand during an entire event in a cold arena. Bartenders usually
work evenings and weekends and must be available to work 75%
of the events in the building.
Busser/Bar
Porter
Busser/Bar Porters offer critical support to the bar and restaurant
staff that directly affects the Guestâs experience.
They are responsible for setting up each bar (icing beverages
and prepping kegs) and stocking inventory, preparing supplies
and setting tables in the dining room. During events the Busser/Bar
Porter staff assists the servers and bartenders and quickly
and politely attends to Guestsâ needs and maintains
a clean area.
Qualifications:
The right candidate is friendly,
professional in appearance, and helpful. He/she must have
attention to detail and the ability to recognize Guests in
need and assist them. Previous restaurant/bar experience preferred.
Requires ability to lift/carry up to 100 pounds several times
during a shift. You must be able stand during an entire event
in a cold arena. Busser/Bar Porters usually work evenings
and weekends and must be available to work 75% of the events
in the building.
Server
Servers personally ensure that each Guest to the Club is treated
to an outstanding dining experience. The Server is responsible
for politely greeting each guest and explaining in detail
the extensive selection of culinary fare. The server accurately
fills orders, properly presents and serves wine, drinks, and
food items and regularly visits with Guests throughout the
dining experience. After dining the Server accurately records
the transaction and closes out the Guest check.
Qualifications:
Servers are required to be polite, friendly
and professional in appearance. Servers must be outgoing and
develop a rapport with each Guest. Knowledge of culinary terms
as well as wines and beverages is required. Candidates must
be able to handle multiple tasks at once and accurately make
change and operate a register. Previous restaurant experience
preferred and computer/register experience required. You must
be able stand during an entire event in a cold arena. Servers
usually work evenings and weekends and must be available to
work 75% of the events in the building.
Restaurant
Supervisor
Our Hosts/Hostesses for the Club greet every Guest with a
smile setting the Guest up for a great experience in the Club.
They politely take reservations and assist Guests with questions
about dining and drinking in the Club. After showing our Guests
to their table for the evening and introducing their server
they assist the serving staff with Guest relations by politely
offering assistance when necessary. The Supervisors maintain
a chart of assigned tables and the Guest List for the Club
as well as enforce Club rules.
Qualifications:
The right candidate is friendly, energetic,
polite and has an attractive pleasant personality. Hosts/Hostesses
must be outgoing and willing and able to seek out and start
a conversation with a Guest. Knowledge of culinary terms as
well as wines and beverages is required. Candidates must be
able to handle multiple tasks at once. Previous restaurant
experience preferred and computer/register experience required.
