KITCHEN DEPARTMENT – POSITIONS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE
Our Club Kitchen staff does not consist
of people who just dice and chop or sauté and fry…each
person in our Club Kitchen is relied on to be an artist. Create
the highest quality foods under the leadership of our award
winning culinary team for our extensive buffets, menus and
catering events. Every part of the kitchen staff, from our
sous chefs to our dishwashers, has to supply that little something
extra that make The Club at Scottrade Center something special.
Please note that these are part-time, event related, union
positions (other than supervisors).

Club
Cook
Club Cooks use their fine dining kitchen skills in a number
of different areas in the kitchen operation. Club Cook duties
range from sautéing, broiling, expediting, frying and
preparing sauces in the kitchen to showcasing cooking skills
at a carving or pasta action station putting on a show for
the Guests.
Qualifications:
The right candidate is friendly, energetic,
able to handle high pressure situations, and able closely
with others as part of a team. Knowledge of culinary terms
as well as an education or work background cooking (frying,
sautéing, sauce prep, expediting, etc.) is required.
Candidates must be able to handle multiple tasks at once.
You must be able stand during an entire event in a busy kitchen.
Cooks usually work evenings and weekends and must be available
to work most of the hockey games and concerts in the building.
Some prep work and some events may occur during the day.
Club
Pantry (II, Kitchen)
Club Pantry use their prep skills in a number of different
areas in the kitchen operation. Pantry duties range from kitchen
prep of cold food items and ingredients to buffet running
and dessert.
Qualifications:
The right candidate is friendly, energetic,
able to handle high pressure situations, and able closely
with others as part of a team. Knowledge of culinary terms
as well as an education or work background in fine dining
is required. Candidates must be able to handle multiple tasks
at once. You must be able stand during an entire event in
a busy kitchen. Pantry usually work evenings and weekends
and must be available to work most of the hockey games and
concerts in the building. Some prep work and some events may
occur during the day.
Club
Utility (II, Kitchen)
Club Utility keep the kitchen operating smoothly by keeping
everything clean and organized. Utility duties range from
receiving and storing product, washing pots and dishes, sanitizing
the kitchen and assisting the kitchen staff in preparation
of food.

able to handle high pressure situations, and able closely
with others as part of a team. Knowledge of culinary terms
as well as an education or work background in fine dining
is required. Candidates must be able to handle multiple tasks
