Finance Accounting Clerk (full-time position)

An entry-level position with responsibilities that include receipts posting, reviewing journal entries and ensuring accuracy of posting. Position has interaction with numerous operational departments. Selected candidate must be comfortable working in a fast pace environment and must have excellent communication and analytical skills as well as strong data entry skills. Previous experience in Great Plains Dynamics accounting software and spreadsheet applications a plus. AssociatesÂ’ degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or a minimum of one-year recent experience in accounts receivable and or training is required.
Accounting Manager (full-time position)

The selected candidate will be a hands on member of the accounting leadership team. The Accounting Manager will coordinate and process financial data from multiple departments and assist in the preparation of accurate financial statements. May also be involved with A/R, A/P, inventory control, budget preparation, journal entries and related activities. Will be involved in the financial settlement of events at the arena. The selected candidate must have excellent analytical and communication skills. A working knowledge of Excel, MS Office and Great Plains software is required. Strongly prefer supervisory experience in a food and beverage environment. Must be available to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends. BachelorÂ’s degree preferred or four years related experience and or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary. Accounts Payable Supervisor (full-time position)

Responsible for directing and supervising the accounts payable department. Process accounts payable for the St. Louis Blues/Scottrade Center by coding and entering vouchers, processing check runs, processing 1099’s and 1042’s, reconciling general ledger and filing all paperwork in a timely manner. Review unpaid invoices and daily accounts payable reports. Must have excellent analytical and communication skills and must possess a high level of interpersonal skills; have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form. Previous experience in Great Plains Dynamics accounting software and spreadsheet applications a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Word is required. Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or one to two years’ related experience and or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience also required.
Accounts Receivable Clerk (full-time position)

Primarily responsible for the processing of daily invoices, monthly statements and customer interaction. Coordinate financial information from multiple departments to ensure accurate monthly cut offs. Interested candidates must possess strong communication and computer skills. Qualifications include 3+ years experience in accounting, attention to detail and accuracy, exposure to Great Plains and Microsoft Office, advanced Excel spreadsheet skills, and 10-key operated by touch.
Payroll (full-time position)

Administer and process payroll. Participate in all month end activities. Perform all administrative duties as requested by Finance Management. Background with ADP. High level of interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure, recognize problems and find solutions. Ability to handle multiple tasks. B. A. or two years related experience and/or training is required.
