Administrative Assistant (part-time position)
Status at this time: Closed

Provides clerical support for the Concessions Food and Beverage Department. Must have excellent phone skills, be able to multi-task and take initiative in the office environment. Must also be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook. Food Service Background a plus.

Bar Porters (part-time position)
Status at this time: Closed

Provides fast efficient and friendly guest service at all times. Ensures that the bar is properly stocked for the event and maintains proper stock of the bar during the event. Responsible for changing beer kegs and ensuring proper beer flow during the events. Ensures that the bar is cleaned and organized at the end of a shift and must make sure the beer cooler is cleaned daily. Ability to lift and/or carry up to 100 pounds several times within a scheduled shift. (Local 1)

Bar Servers (part-time position)
Status at this time: Closed

Provides fast, efficient and friendly guest service at all times. Must have a full working knowledge of all drinks, wines, food and cigars that will be served in the bar. Responsible for all food and drinks delivered to the guests table. Responsible for alcohol intervention. Must be able to count back change and have a basic math aptitude. Responsible for collecting proper payment, returning correct change and must be able to operate the cash registers and tender out all payments accurately. Ability to lift and/or carry up to 15 pounds several times within a scheduled shift. (Local 74)

Bartender (part-time position)
Status at this time: Closed

Must have full working knowledge of all drinks and wines served. Must be prepared to offer suggestions to our guests and always act in a professional and courteous manner. Prepares and serves all cocktails, beers and wines to our specific standards. Responsible for alcohol intervention. Must be able to count back change and have a basic math aptitude. Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds several times within a scheduled shift. Must be 21 years of age or older. (Local 74)

Beer/Food Vendor (part-time position)
Status at this time: Closed

Sells and serves food & beverages to guests in the seating bowl in a friendly, quick and enthusiastic manner. Must be able to count back change and have a basic math aptitude. Responsible for inventory, all monies received and alcohol intervention. Ability to lift and/or carry up to 70 pounds. Beer vendors must be 21 years of age or older. (Local 74)

Commissary (part-time position)
Status at this time: Closed

Prepares food items in the concession stands and commissary ensuring high levels of quality, presentation and cost control. Maintains full knowledge of menu items and preparation techniques. Communicates product needs to supervisor. Follows established recipes and meets all production and quality standards. Responsible for inventory in work area. Washes all utensils and pans, sweeps and mops floors in the concession stand. Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds three to four times within a scheduled shift. (Local 1)

Food Service Host (part-time position)
Status at this time: Closed

Sells and serves food and beverages to guests at concession stands in a quick, friendly and enthusiastic manner. Prepares and presents menu items. Properly operates the point of sale system. Must be able to count back change and have a basic math aptitude. Responsible for inventory at work station, all monies received and alcohol intervention. Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds two to three times within a scheduled shift. Performs all other duties as assigned. Must be 21 years of age or older. (Local 74)

Portable Beverage Host (part-time position)
Status at this time: Closed

Sells and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beer to guests in a quick, friendly and enthusiastic manner behind a portable counter or bar. Maintains full knowledge of menu items. Must be able to count back change and have a basic math aptitude. Responsible for alcohol intervention. Ability to lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds several times within a scheduled shift. Must be 21 years of age or older. (Local 74)

Stand/Cash Supervisor (part-time position)
Status at this time: Closed

This is a nonunion position. Supervises and trains staff in their assigned area. Maintains inventory of stand products, supervises point of sale and cash operation for the concession stand. Assist and resolves guest concerns. Must have knowledge of menu items and their preparation. Properly operates the point of sale system. Must be able to count back change and have a basic math aptitude. Responsible for alcohol intervention. Ensures Guest Service, Team Member and Appearance Standards are maintained. Must be 21 years of age or older.

Vending Attendant (part-time position)
Status at this time: Closed

Prepares and distributes food items to concession stands. Properly operates cotton candy and popcorn machines. Distributes food items (i.e. popcorn, beer, etc.) to vendors as needed. Counts and maintains inventory. Maintains portable fencing for smoking barriers. Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds three to four times within a scheduled shift. (Local 74)

Warehouse Attendant (part-time position)
Status at this time: Closed

Unloads and inspects deliveries. Sorts and stores perishable goods. Issues and stocks concession stands with food and beverages. Stocks and removes beer kegs from concession stands. Properly operates forklifts and pallet jacks. Ability to lift and/or carry up to 45-80 pounds three to four times within a scheduled shift. (Local 1)
