The Scottrade Center Box Office is located in the atrium at the Main Entrance at Clark Avenue and 14th Street. Summer Box Office hours are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. On weekends with events on Saturday only, the Box Office will be open Saturday from 10 a.m. through the first 30 minutes after the start of the event and closed on Sunday. When there is a Sunday event, the Box Office will be open Saturday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Sunday from noon until 30 minutes after the start of the event. If there is an event that begins before noon on Sunday, the Box Office will be open at 10 a.m. through the first 30 minutes after the start of the event. Weekends with no events, the Box Office will be closed. A public on sale for any event coming to Scottrade Center is considered an event and the box will be open based on the above information.

Short-term parking is available in front of the building, or in the garage attached to Scottrade Center. Enter the garage from Clark Avenue or 16th Street. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club are accepted. Checks are not accepted. An ATM machine is located at the Box Office for your convenience.

Ticket On-Sale Policy

During the first hour an event is on sale, the following policies will be enforced at the Scottrade Center Box Office:

• Only the person purchasing the tickets may enter the on-sale area. All other guests may wait outside of the on-sale area.
• Guests may not utilize cellular phones once they have entered the on-sale area.
• Due to the volume of ticket requests on the ticketing system during the initial on-sale period, guests may only request "Best Available" seats. Guests cannot request individual seating sections during this time period. This will permit the transaction process to move as smoothly as possible for all guests.
• During ticket on-sales, the Scottrade Center Box Office may be limited to only selling the new event. Guests wishing to purchase tickets to other events will be assisted as soon as possible.

This ticket on-sale policy will permit all ticket buyers with the best opportunity to purchase tickets for an event.

Tickets for Scottrade Center events are also available at all Ticketmaster Ticket Centers, including Schnucks Video Clubs, Famous Barr, Streetside Records, and the BlueNote Sports Shops, or by phone at 314-241-1888 for an automated line or 314-421-4400 or 618-222-2900 for a sales rep, and online at ticketmaster.com. Tickets may not be ordered by phone through the Scottrade Center Box Office.

Tickets ordered by phone or online at ticketmaster.com less than seven days prior to an event will be available for pick-up at the Will Call Window at the Scottrade Center Box Office beginning two hours prior to the event. The person purchasing the tickets by phone or online is the only person permitted to pick up the tickets. Photo identification is required.

For all events except St. Louis Blues and Saint Louis University Billikens, a $2 per ticket facility fee will be added to all tickets purchased at all locations, including at the Scottrade Center Box Office. Additional Ticketmaster service charges and handling fees apply to all tickets purchased through Ticketmaster outlets, by phone or online.
