ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM
If you are a current high school, 16 years of age or older, and you are interested in gaining experience in customer service, this may be the job for you!
Guest Service Hosts provide ushering, directing and ticket taking services. They greet guests and help them find the proper seat location. They are stationed at the entrances, in the seating arena and throughout the building, providing guidance and guest service.
Scottrade Center hosts events year-round; however most events are from October through May. Students will get the opportunity to work Blues Hockey Games, Concerts, Family Shows, WWE, and other events.
Participation Criteria:
- 16 Years of age or older
- Maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or above (‘B’ Average)
- Maintain an excellent attendance record at school
- Provide two recommendation letters, at least one from school staff
- Meet the regular employment requirements of Scottrade Center
- Students must be available to work 50% of events each month
Other Information:
- Most shifts begin at 5:30 PM
- Parking is not provided by the employer
- There is a required deposit of $100 for uniforms. This fee will be deducted at a rate of $5 per event until deposit is paid.
- Starting wage will NOT be less than $8.54 per hour.
